    • Custom/private label orders.
    • Wholesale purchases (unless defective).
    • Final sale or clearance items.

2. How to Return

  2. Get Authorization: We’ll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and US return address within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    • Include the RMA number on the package.
    • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if items show wear, are missing parts, or violate return conditions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email photos and order details to [email protected].
  • We’ll cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Email us immediately – we’ll cancel and refund 100%.
  • After Shipping: Follow standard return policy (customer pays return shipping).

6. International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Prepay all duties/taxes – we cannot accept COD returns.

7. Restocking Fees

  • None for compliant returns.

8. Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., ear candles).
  • Items not in original condition.
